What is the estimated delivery time?
8-10 Business Days. Your order will be processed within 2 working days only after receiving the confirmation from you, and will be delivered within 7 working days. Well, we do try to ship out every single order within 2 days of order confirmation. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained due to various reasons (e.g. Customized prints etc.). In such cases, we will ensure that the product reaches you within 15 business days from the date of purchase.
How will the product be shipped & delivered?
We process the deliveries only through reputed Courier Partners. If you are not at home the first time a delivery attempt is made, another attempt (up to 3 extra attempts) will be made. If the order is not received after 3 extra attempts, it will be sent back to us. One of the members from Team CynK will get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery. The order will be cancelled and your refund, if any, will be processed within next 10 business days.
How can I check the status of my order?
Log in at your own account at the InCynK web shop. This is where you can follow the history and status of your orders.
Once your order has been sent, you will also receive an e-mail containing an airway bill number (docket number) for your shipment along with the service provider details. You can use this code to follow the delivery of your order with our courier partners.
